Hello and welcome to this flight report feautering Turkish airlines Airbus A321. I'm Flying from Stockholm (ARN) to Istanbul (IST)!

I decided to fly to Istanbul, 1 month prior to my flying date the flights with TK was booked on Airflygo for around $250 USD roundtrip vs $290 on Turkish airlines official website.

So it was the day of flying i woke up at 7 AM for 11:45 AM flight. I hoped that my scheduled Airbus A321-200 was equipped with IFE(Inflight Entertainment)because some of Turkish airlines aircraft are not equipped with IFE.

Everything was packed and i was ready to leave my house at 8:30AM. The drive from my house to Arlanda Airport takes 45 min to 1 hour depending on traffic. By 9:30Am Upon arriving at the Airport i headed to the TK check in desk to check in my luggage.

Check in went smooth and my luggage was tagged and i was handed My boarding pass.

After check in i headed to security check which took 10 minutes many people flying that day!

when i reached my gate i knew that it was going to be a full flight onboard the Airbus A321-200 as the gate started slowly to fill up. Soon the boarding started around 11:30 AM

I walked down to my seat 26A where i soon found out that the Aircraft was equipped with the IFE.

Push back done and the engines were fired up and Powerful Take off

Scheduled flight time to Istanbul was 3 hours and 10 minutes Soon the lunch service started and there where two Options first one beef and the second one was chicken I had the beef, After the very tasty lunch tea/coffe was offered, I love the fact that Turkish airlines offers hot meals on this 3 hour flights

The IFE was unresponsive and the movie choices were limited, i had the map on

After watching few airflygo flight reviews which i had downloaded i went to the rear lavatory which also gave me the chance to take picture of the cabin
