Airbus A321neo ACF (Airbus Cabin Flex) was rolled out in January this year and Airbus has today delivered the first A321neo ACF to Turkish Airlines. The current A321 has a limit of 220 passengers in single class layout, the A321neo ACF new configuration can accommodate up to 240 seats in a single-class layout, in combination with a space-saving aft galley. But Turkish airlines has fitted the aircraft with 182 seats in two cabin layout, 20 business- and 162 economy-class seats.

The A321neo ACF aircraft features a single pair of doors forward of the wing, four newly introduced over-wing exits, and repositioned doors aft of the wing, which can be deactivated. A pair of standard doors is located at the rear of the cabin.

The Over Wing Door is a new door design that will be installed on all Airbus A321’s equipped with Airbus Cabin Flex, and will improve the aircraft evacuation during emergency situations.
