WOW AIR FIRST A330-900NEO

WOW air is a Low cost airline based in Reykjavik, Iceland. The Airline has announced it will add four new A330-900neo to its fleet by the end of 2018. In a press release, the Icelandic longhaul LCC said the quartet of jets have been secured from CIT Aerospace on twelve-year leases and will operate in a single-class configuration featuring 365 seats. The Aircraft will have a range of 9,750 kilometres which will let the airline to fly longer routes. Alongside the A330neo, WOW air said it will also acquire two A321-200 (sl)s from Airbus (AIB, Toulouse Blagnac) and one A321neo on lease from Air Lease Corporation. WOW air currently operates two A320-200s, seven A321-200s, and three A330-300s on flights to each of North America and Europe.

The first Airbus A330-900Neo for WOW air has entered final assembly line.
